This page explains how to exercise your right of withdrawal and how to manage a return, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Law 3/2014, which amends it regarding distance contracts.
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without needing to give a reason. The period ends 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods (or of the last item, in orders with several items delivered separately).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or professionals.
2. How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement before the deadline expires. You can do so:
- from the "Warranties and Returns" section of your account, by completing the request online (we will confirm receipt);
- or by sending us the model withdrawal form shown below, or any other unequivocal statement, to info@tonerdeluxe.es.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision. We will make the refund using the same means of payment used in the purchase, at no cost to you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you provide proof of their return. You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your withdrawal. You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. Exceptions to withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal, among other legally provided cases, in the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. [PENDING ADVISOR: confirm exceptions applicable to the consumables catalog]
