All products sold on tonerdeluxe.es come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), in its current wording.

5. How to process a warranty claim
To process a warranty issue, contact us from the "Warranties and Returns" section of your account or write to info@tonerdeluxe.es indicating the order number and a description of the problem. 6. Consumable products
